Where are you seeing this charge then? And does it appear as "apple.com/bill" or "Setanta" on your payment method?
If the subscription appears in your credit card monthly statement directly as Setanta, then it is not tied to your Apple ID. You would. need to go to the Setanta website and manage your account there.
If it appears as "apple.com/bill", then how do you know the charge is for Setanta exactly?
