iPad display HDR support

Can anyone confirm whether the latest iPad mini, iPad Air, iPad, and iPad Pro, are capable of playing back HDR10 / Dolby Vision videos in HDR quality using YouTube app or Facebook/Instagram Reel?

I was in an Apple Store with all of the latest devices and wonderful displays, but they couldn't installing these apps to confirm the answer. The only thing I found there was that the iPad build-in Photo app on all of these devices (iPad Pro included) are incapable of playing back HDR10/Dolby Vision videos in HDR quality.

Our iPad Air from 2021 is able to playback YouTube HDR video with HDR quality but not for Facebook/IG Reels. If you have an iPhone 12 Pro or later, you can see the difference in quality for HDR10 / Dolby Vision videos.
