Disable your VPN and Use WiFi:
You are using a VPN --so disconnect from it. If that still does not fix this, then use WiFi. Both should do the trick.

If you have Updates to Install:
A. Have a 50% or Greater Charge:
Looking on the top-right corner of your screen, the battery percentage is quite done there. So get 50% or greater battery charge, and keep it plugged into external power while performing the update.
B. Update Using a Computer:
Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.
Another update. I tried to send my video via Airdrop and another error appears haha it says "Failed to save item. Save to iCloud Drive instead?" 😅
My video was exported with H.264 and MP4....
Just impossible in 2023 trying to save a video with 100mb size.

I have new updates. Videos below 75mb is able to save, above than that not...
The files is from a Shared Folder that have 200GB storage.
My icloud has 4GB storage available.
Videos above 75mb shows me "Error saving video"
I'm almost giving up, I tried on another iPhone I bought, the iPhone 13, and nothing. And to make matters worse, I tried using Google Drive and I can even download the video, but it doesn't appear in the Camera Roll, and I can't find it anywhere.
I swear, I'm having the biggest headache having an iPhone, I'm almost giving up to Android.
Now I have 2 iPhones, neither of them can save the video to iCloud or Google Drive.
The iPhone 13 is new, I reset it and added my account...
I just updated to 16.4 and now every video give me the error 🥲
