Apple ID fraud

How can I get my Apple ID back from my ex who has had it for the last 3 years while I’ve been away in prison? My Apple ID is my gmail account that she also took over there for she has both apples and googles recovery or verification process sent to her current number or one of the emails she controls. A few times I’ve had the option to get a code sent to a trusted device I had 3 years ago but those phones are gone too. One option was my mak book pro she has now, I’m only mentioning that because I had that Mac book as well as 10 or 12 other device registered to my Apple ID that all have my name some in them as well as my I tunes do can’t that help me somehow. Some one help me please
