I have a new Audi A3 it uses wireless CarPlay. I can do all function with Carplay I think, but when I receive a WhatsApp message it asks me if I want to reply I say yes but then CarPlay responds ‘I’m having a bit of trouble here please try again’
i can receive text messages and when asked if I want to respond it sends my text message without any issue.
I have tried my phone and my wife’s which is a iPhone 12 and I get the same message
‘Help’

First, are you using iOS 16.4? If not, we recommend backing up and updating to test: Update your iPhone or iPad

when we tried it first of all we were not on iso16.4 so I thought maybe if I updated to the latest iso16.4 the problem may go away but I’m afraid it didn’t it is still the same problem
