iphone mail not syncing properly with BT Mail sub-folders

Hi, Mail on my iPhone (13 Pro, iOS 16.3.1) has stopped picking up sub-folders in my BT Mail account. In fact, I get the sub-folders under Inbox, but not my sub-sub-folders. It used to work fine, and still works fine with other mail accounts, just not with BT Mail. I have deleted the account and re-added it several times, but no joy. Anyone has the same experience and managed to sort out the problem ?

Thanks for the advice. I just spent an hour with BT support, tweaking the mail settings in Apple Mail, but no joy there. As everything is perfect in BT web mail, they conclude that it's an Apple issue, so that's my next port of call. Probably something which Apple have changed in Mail in the last update. Meantime I am using the BT Mail app which seems ok and works seamlessly with BT webmail, and has all my sub-folders and so on. It's just a pity not to be able to have all my mail accounts together in the Apple Mail app.

If deleting and re-adding the mail account didn't fix the issue, contact BT support or look at their help site.
