No medication reminders during Driving focus?

I have setup several medication reminders in the Health app. I get notified when it's time to take these medications just fine, except when I'm driving. Driving focus seems to suppress these notifications, with no option to make an exception, as is possible in other types of focus.

As taking these medications on time is quite important for my health, it seems like a pretty serious issue that I'm not getting notified about this while driving. I get that distractions should be minimised while driving, but not to the point of endangering my overall health.

Also, medication reminders don't seem to be classified as "Time sensitive" in other types of focus. I've had to add the Health app as an exception manually. Sadly, for Driving focus, this just doesn't seem to be possible.

Am I missing something here?
