Log out after inactivity not working

On my MBP M1 Max 2021 14-inch I have set up my inactivity auto log out to be after 120 minutes. It does never log out after this period, no matter if I leave the lid open or closed :(

Using the Latest macOS Ventura 13.3

I already tried, as some other post suggested, deleting the com.apple.systempreferences.plist and restarting but didn't work.

It's funny because most articles out there talk about how preventing this from happening, well I actually want this to happen and it doesn't

Certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc.

Reboot as normal, and test— caches get rebuilt automatically.

Have you shut down and restarted the Mac to test the new setting...?
