I have two icons on Find my iphone, one with a known device and another one is a black icon with unknown location. Does it mean someone is using my device as I have experienced some weird changes on my phone or is it normal? Does anyone have these kind of problems?

unfortunately, I still had issues that surfaced later. My Phone Battery would suddenly drop from 98% tp 53%, even though I rarely use my phone. When I discovered my ex-friend spied on my phone, I searched for ways to protect myself and chose the extreme option, by turning „Lockdown“ on. It‘s been a month and my battery isn’t draining faster, nor is my phone heated. I didn’t want to take the extreme option, but I had no choice. The Lockdown Mode did really make a significant change, and now I feel safe. I will mention it in another thread.

The best thing you can do to provide optimal security for your iPhone is make sure you have the latest version of iOS. Here's how to update if needed: Update your iPhone or iPad.
If someone has somehow gained access to Find My, this means that they gained access to your Apple ID. This article has some steps you can take to secure your Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised.

Thank you Jeff_888. That really helped me. I immediately changed the password in Apple ID. I did confront an ex-friend and he literally wrote that he knows I chatted with three friends about him and I did really chat with them about him in Whatsapp as he became obsessive and manipulative with me. I blocked him and I have no idea how he gained access to my phone as I am very strict when it comes to my phone. I never give my password neither my phone to anyone. I have become traumatized because of him., not knowing what he does to my phone. Whenever my battery dies when I rarely use phone, it triggers me. I did however use safetey check in privacy setting and broke the connection when it came to sharing and that helped my battery not die faster…I guess.
