IPad Will Not Turn on Memory is Full

my ipad will not turn off due to lack of space when it was attempting to update. is there any way to factory reset it?

It's time to clear space....

Clear "System Data" or "Other":

Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use. It is essentially the same for an iPadBackup your iPad, and then restore your iPad from the backup you've just created. All System Data will delete.
