I think you are saying the other users can't hear you when you use your AirPods (presumably in a phone or FaceTime call). Or maybe it is some other third party app like Teams or Zoom.
This suggests you can hear the incoming audio from others, so that suggests your pods are correctly paired and have enough charge in their batteries.
Without knowing more about your calling app and other hardware in your side of the call I can only make general suggestions. Possible causes which you should consider and check will include
Hopefully these ideas will get you thinking along the route to a solution.
My understanding from your last post, the problem is demonstrated in several different apps and communications, all of which use transmission from your phone in some way, most or all using internet as the connection. The problem is that the listeners hear distorted voice.
My suggestion is that you try making a voice recording from your AirPods directly to your iPhone. This will cut out all the data conversions and internet stages to help you pin down the fault.

You didn't mention which version AirPods you are using, and it makes a difference for the next step. Point your web browser at https://support.apple.com/ and scroll down to the entry box for searching. Type the search string "AirPods bad audio" (without the quotes) and look through the results for support documents which refer to your AirPod version.
Thanks. I am getting feedback on the Phone (regular voice calls), WhatsApp, Teams and Zoom. Again, people indicate that the voicemails left are 'garbled', it sounds like "you are always talking from a bathroom with an echo", occasionally they cannot hear me at all.
