Universal Control No Longer Working Between Macs after update to Ventura 13.3

I tried everything here, nothing worked.

Then I updated Xcode, restarted my computer, and Universal Control just started magically working.

Same problem for me ! It worked a few minutes, than... no more !

The logging out of iCloud trick seemed to work for me.

It stopped working for me, too. I've tried the suggestions here: reboot machines, toggle WiFi Bluetooth Handoff iCloud Firewall etc on/off. Nothing works, alas.

This is what fixed it for me. firewall settings change did not, logout login did not, this did it thank you

Logging out of both devices, restarting both devices, and then logging back into both devices worked for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! This has been bothering me for months--maybe even close to a year!

This actually works. That’s crazy. I’ve tried absolutely everything before this. Thanks!

The days of "IT JUST WORKS" are over at Apple. So sad.

Turn "Allow handoff ....." on both devices On and Off. Helps every time the feature stops working.

FANTASTIC. This works!

This worked for me! Thank you, A reboot of Mac and iPad wouldn’t even fix it.

This is not a long term solution, or not even a short one.
