macOS Ventura 13.3 Storage keeps on showing "Loading items"

I've been having this issue where the storage is not loading up. This issue wasn't new, I've occurred it ever since I updated my MacBook to macOS Ventura.

- You mentioned this has been occurring since macOS Ventura, but do you recall when it started to first occur?
- What's the longest amount of time you've tried waiting on that screen? While it shouldn't take long, we recommend waiting around five minutes to see if there's any change.
