how to fix dead pixels on a cracked iPhone screen

so I was getting ready to leave school at dismissal and then all of there sudden, I accidentally dropped my phone on the floor and then i ended up with a small crack on the screen and then weeks later I was helping my mom with the groceries and then my I accidentally dropped my phone again! and then I ended up with another crack but then, another weeks later I was waiting for my mom to pick me up from school but then, there I saw, two dead pixel dots on my screen. I didn’t know what happened! my phone was in my backpack and, I think I must’ve dropped my backpack on the bricktop… but as the weeks on and on then, I was on google maps in my moms bathroom going to take a shower and suddenly I dropped my phone on the floor again! but it was on the red rug on the floor and there I saw, THE DEAD PIXELS GOT EVEN WORSE TO THE POINT WHERE I COULDNT SEE MY BATTERY PERCENTAGE WITHOUT WAITING FOR SOME OF THE DEAD PIXELS TO CLEAR A LITTLE. at the time I’m writing this, I’m able to see my battery percentage again but the huge dead pixel spot is so close to covering the Wi-Fi sign. so is there any way I can get my screen fixed and get rid of the dead pixels? let me know down in reply section as soon as you’re done this. thank you very much.
