Please I bought an iPhone from a guy not knowing that the phone is locked to owner am stock with the phone please I need help to bypass the lock

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; it's an anti-theft measure. Ask the seller, or if applicable, the people running the website or store you bought it through for a refund.
