Dual Monitor screen window keeps minimizing itself

I am using a MacBook Air with an LG Monitor connected as a dual screen.

Slightly annoying - each time my MacBook screen goes to sleep to save power, upon waking up the MacBook by logging in again, my window on the LG Dual Screen monitor always minimizes itself.

Oddly, it does not do this on my main MacBook Air screen, only on the LG Monitor screen.

Any ideas the cause, and a fix?

Ventura windows resize automatically I am using Ventura on a Mac Studio and Mac Studio Monitor. I will be working within a window…app or browser…and walk away with the window open. The monitor shortly goes to screen saver or to sleep. When I reopen or wake the window, the window has been resized smaller by two thirds and moved to the lower left of the screen. Mac Studio not able to wake up a monitor from sleep I'm using ASUS ProArt PA247CV. I've been using it with MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 no problem. I just not able to wake up when I use it with Mac Studio. When I turn on my monitor before startup the Mac Studio, I would never able to see anything on the screen. I have to turn off the monitor and turn it back on again to make it work. it is very frustrating. when my computer idle for a while and goes to power saving mode, it will not able to wake up the monitor. when I put my computer on sleep, it will not wake up the monitor. Before, I had hard drives plug to my monitor as a hub, Now I have to use the power button on the monitor so often, I have to disconnect them to prevent damage to the hard drive.

Apps move to External Display on wake from Sleep I have a 2021 MBP (M1) running Monterey 12.6 with an LG Monitor (24MP59G) connected via HDMI. The external monitor is set up as the main display with both the Dock and Menu on it. When the MBP wakes from sleep, the apps which had been on the MBP display move to the External monitor. I have installed the latest LG software in hopes that would fix this issue. No luck so far. Any advice? I have read the advice concerning the disconnect between the wake from sleep time and the monitor wake up time. In my case, it is the MBP display that is losing its' Apps rather than the external monitor. Does Monterey not know how to wake up its internal display before waking everything else up???
