My Macbook Pro 13in laptop just updated and I lost all the windows I had open. I tried to retrieve them by going to my history but my browser history is gone. How do I retrieve those windows?

I'm assuming by loss of websites you mean you lost all of your bookmarks. Unless you've been making backups with Time Machine the bookmarks are gone. If it's just lost open tabs (windows) they will be gone.

My mac updated and I loss all of the websites I had. I cannot find them in my history because the update cleared it.
