i just got a government iPhone 7 and a week into having it the cellular data don’t work and when I do into settings it says I need to download the update to get cellular data back but when I try to do that it says I’m not hooked to my Wi-Fi but I am so idk what else to do cause it’s not letting me do either. Idk who I would even contact.

Update Using a Computer:
Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.
