WhatsApp keeps crashing on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Since two days ago my Whatsapp app wont launch. Deleted and reinstalled but not solved problem. Incoming whatsapp calls ring twice, shows caller id but then says call failed.

Have tried everything.. IOS is updated to latest ver 16.4.1 , WhatsApp deleted and reinstalled twice .. in the process lost chats of last 6 months !! But still the app crashes 😞

Hi, yes its really works, follow the step u provided, everything work fine, but just curious why WhatsApp business does it related to change Face ID and passcode ID ? Bug issue ? Thx for the helpful tips, u save my life

I tried the solutions you proposed, except the number 3. (I do not want to put my data at risk)

Nothing worked, Whatsapp keeps crashing after 2 seconds on my phone ...

For information, Whatsapp web works .

Also, I can navigate in whatsapp when I am in airplane mode. But as soon as I connect to the internet, whatsapp crashed.

This works definitely, only issue is if chats are not backup everyday like me then we tend to loose 3-4 days chat depending on last backup.

I use iphone 13 pro and since 2 days whatsapp has been crashing i opened the app then it says “we couldn’t send an sms to yr no.& try again in 1 hour “ i was delete the app & re install it but same sms. What can i do now?

No, this doesn't work either. Have tried multiple times. Also reached out to Whatsapp and they're worse. All I've been getting is replies from a Bot and keeps going in circles, despite multiple tickets being raised. Apple must do something to sort at their end.

It is like a big black hole no one has a solution to. Both Apple & Whatsapp are simply ignoring to address the issue it seems. WA is the worst with customer support. Awaiting a way out of this mess.

i am facing a similar issue with my whatsapp business app.

it closes the second i open it.

i cannot take back up as the app is not opening

i am using the same through my previously logged in whatsapp web as the phone whatsapp is not accessible.

i have tried restarting

i have tried offloading and clearing the cache

i have also updated my app and my ios still no solution to this issue.

Do not want to risk my data by deleting the app.
