Why are photos blurry on my iMac 24” screen saver

E-mailing explains why they are not full size images.

You need to Import the larger Images directly from the camera or the iPad into Photos on the iMac.

One way is to send the images directly to the iMac.

If that doesn't work, then other options include:

connecting the iPad to the iMac and importing the larger images from it

or connecting the camera to the iMac using a USB cable and Import directly from it

Tell us more about the Photos that you are using for the ScreenSaver.

For example, what is the Source of the Images and what size are the Image files in that Source?

I use a Canon EOS R10 camera with both a 600mm F11 IS STM telephoto and RF-S18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM lens for mostly outdoor photos. I then place photos using Camera Connect Wi-Fi from my camera onto my iPad Pro 11 Photos to view them in a larger format.

I am trying to transfer those photos into my husband's (he and I are the only users on this computer) Photos to use them as wallpaper for his screen for the iMac. But, I can only transfer those photos by emailing those photos to him and somehow the photos show up as small icons which when filling the screen become blurred.

I am a beginner--as you can probably tell.
