good evening, I have an iphone 13 pro max which suddenly gets a white screen and when I use it it doesn't fall or gets exposed to water, I go to the Apple service center but I have to pay a service fee, what is the solution for what happened to me?

BOE was caught cheating Apple when it came to supplying screens for the iPhone 13 to increase profits, so the iPhone 13 Pro Max screen is indeed a failed product
This solution does not work I have also tried update / restore using iTunes as well as the DFU mode, however my iPhone 13 Max Pro screen remains white. It does appear to be a manufacturing defect
I faced the same issue , apple saying screen need to be replaced , I got a CS exception approval , payed diagnosis fees , now they saying my phone is tampered , when they ran diagnosis they said everything good and gave exception for screen replacement , now they have tampered and not ready to repair my phone 13 pro max
your answer is not useful, I have a white screen problem and maybe the problem is on the screen not on the machine, and I have tried that way
The iPhone 13 Pro Max screen is indeed a failed product and apple fake product, apple not smartphone premium but smartphone fake

You are right, Im facing the same issue and apple CS saying it needs to be replaced by paying 35K. Why should we pay this if its a common hardware complaint.
escallation going on since 1 month , yet to get the device , Apple has dropped their hardware quality and customer service to very low standard

Ive got my 2nd unit of 13 Pro Max, and got the same issue. Apple should be sued on this.
Try and force restart your iPhone to see if the problem is persisting
