AirPods Max connection issues
Ok, many have raised the same issues and it looks like they're giving up, as I am close too doing;
Suffering from; Constant disconnects, or connected but with issues (like only 1 headphone working, or no sound whatsoever ever).
Connecting to the headphones WHILST THEY'RE IN THE CASE, which was the only benefit of using the diabolical case as it barely provides protection, so they don't sleep either and run out of battery over night.
Repeated tried (god know how many times I have done this now) hard and soft resets, forgetting the device, cleaning the sensors, turning off Connect Automatically, turning off Ear Detection etc etc etbl**dyc...
I use an iPad, Mac mini, MacBook Pro, Apple TV and an iPhone - all up to date and the Airpods Max firmware is also up to date. Speaking of Firmware, I had none of these issues on the first 2 updates, but now the effort involved just trying to use them for a reasonable amount of time means I don't want to use them at all. £550. Yes I paid 550 whole British pounds just to suffer extraordinarily expensive frustration - frustration I have never before experienced with Apple until now. Im not even going to ask for a 'fix' because there aren't any that I have seen. I suppose all I can gain is some cathartic experience from complaining.....not worth £550 though....
