Wallpaper Keeps Changing to Different Preset

I have seen other threads on this issue for before the new update where you can create wallpaper/Lock Screen presets, but not for the new update. I have an iPhone 11, fully up to date with the 16.4 update and none of my wallpapers are linked to a focus. I used to have a scheduled sleep focus, but then I noticed it started changing my phone to a certain wallpaper preset every time, so I turned it off. Now it will happen randomly throughout the day where I don’t use my phone for a bit and it changes to the same preset from the one I had already set. I have tried the wallpaper settings, the focus settings, and resetting my phone. It will always go back to the same preset from the one that I was trying to use. Is there a fix for this?
