If you have deleted files, check the Recently Deleted folder within the Files App sidebar. If your files are recoverable, you will find them here.
Otherwise, if you have a pre-existing iCloud or iTunes backup of your device, you can restore the backup - although this will replace all data on the device to that present when the backup was last updated.
