Folder in iPhone files folder got deleted, how do I get it back?
A folder got deleted from the files folder in iPhone 11.
possible to recover it without backup?

Did you check Recently Deleted under the Files App.?
You can restore from a backup only if the file/folder was stored in the "On My iPhone" folder. If it was elsewhere then it is neither backed up on iCloud nor on iTunes/Finder
If the file was stored in the "On My iPhone" folder and you have a backup then you can restore from it. Hope you are aware of the restoring process which will wipe out everything on your device with that of the backup.
If you are 100% sure that the backup that you are restoring has the data that you are looking for and are ready to wipe out your current data. Else take a current backup and archive it. Then restore.
How to create Multiple Backups for the same device.
- On iTunes Click on Manage Backups
- Right Click on a Backup and Click Archive
- Click Backup Now.
