Why does Apple Pay decline my purchases despite having sufficient funds? When I add money to my Apple Pay it works good, when I try to buy something with Apple Pay I end up declined. I then can push the money back up to my debit card with no issue. So the money is really there but Apple Pay is declining. Ideas ? Anyone else having issues? Apple Pay declines transactions on a trusted app (starlets) with 'declined by a provider' error My Apple Pay is declining whenever I try to use it in starlets even though starlets is a VERY trusted app. It keeps saying declined by a provider. I don’t know who the provider is first of all, and the provider should make it able for me to buy from websites.
