Apple Store-The page you’re looking for can’t be found

I see this was posted about a few months ago and it still has not been fixed. I cannot purchase anything from the Apple Store. As soon as you click the checkout button or the pay monthly button, the next screen is “the page you’re looking for can’t be found”. I have reported this about 10 times in the last 7 weeks. I’ve spoken to sales, service advisors, senior service advisors and after sales support and all they keep telling me “this is a known issue on the website in your area”, which is Victoria, BC, by the way. I keep being told to check again in a few days. I’ve never had so much trouble trying to spend $5000. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED?? Apple is losing a ton of money by a whole “area” not being able to purchase anything on the website. There is no Apple Store in my area so I can’t do this any other way. Fix this, Apple!!

I’ve done all of that with and without the apple technicians. Chrome and safari, two different apple computers, and my iPhone 13pro max. They themselves have admitted to me multiple times that this is a known issue and it’s a problem with their website and some bad code. This is not unique to me and it’s not anything I can fix.

I appreciate you trying to help but as I've explained a couple of times, this is not my issue and Apple has admitted that to me on multiple occasions. I've spent many hours on the phone with them up to the senior level and there is nothing I can do to fix this. What I'd like to know is when they're going to fix their code so that those of us "in my area" can purchase something.
