How do I fix this exact problem? I bought this iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can't activate it.

Im happy to use 3utools etc to fix the problem.

You cannot fix this problem on your own. Did you contact your network provider as suggested? That would be the first thing to so. Please do that then get back to us.
