my Apple Watch. In The Apple Store they gave a Skype Number to located it +01-800-275-2273.
if someone can help me or know how to reach them

AFAIK, the only way to track a lost or stolen watch is by using the Find My app:
If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
You should at least put the watch in Lost Mode.
