How to report a new Apple Watch stolen from opened box received from Amazon?

I ordered a new Apple Watch series 9 from Amazon. When I received the package the Apple Watch box was open and the watch was missing. Also the band box was open and the band was missing. I do have the box with the serial numbers. Amazon will replace the items for free but how do I report to Apple this watch as stolen so that the thieves cannot use it?
