Apple Watch Stolen Before Delivery

I ordered an Apple Watch from Amazon. However, when I received it the box was empty. If I have the original box with the serial number/ IMEI number. Is there something Amazon/ Apple can do to track it or find its location. Can they deactivate it or ban it from being used?

Contact Amazon as they are responsible for the delivery. Amazon weighs the box in several stages of their handling process to determine where the theft occurred. They will also start an investigation and provide you with updates on that process.

Tracking the device by serial/IMEI number will not be possible, but that does not mean that you shouldn't contact Apple also.

Amazon is responsible for delivering the product that the customer purchased. File the claim the watch wasn't delivered and either get a refund or a replacement watch and let Amazon worry about what happens to the watch that was stolen.
