Bent iPad Pro 2018

I just wanted to know if this device will survive heavy usage for like 2 to 3 more years, I have been using it since the later part of 2019 and it got bent from like 3 months ago. The red dots wasn’t there at first but started to increase very slowly and seems to be stable at this size, I hope. They only appear on black or grayish backgrounds.

Your iPad has suffered serious damage - that has compromised both the screen and internal components. Nobody can speculate as to how long, or even if, the iPad will continue to be usable.

Your iPad’s Li-ion battery may also have been damaged - this being a potential safety issue.

The iPad, as shown, is unlikely to be repairable. On the basis of safety alone, replacement with a new or reconditioned iPad is recommended - as will be the most cost effective remedy.

To reiterate, your iPad has suffered serious damage - that has compromised both the screen and internal components. Nobody can speculate as to how long, or if the iPad will continue to be usable.

Terminal failure may happen at any time. Li-ion batteries, if damaged, can catastrophically fail.

The only practical and sensible advice that can be offered is:

a) backup your data while you still can - as without a backup, you stand to lose all locally stored data.

b) discontinue use of this damaged iPad before further damage to it - or you - should occur.
