How do I unlock scroll lock on MacBook Air running Ventura 13.2.1. ?

To learn how to turn Scroll Lock on and off on your Mac, check this out: Windows keys on a Mac keyboard - Apple Support

You can use Control-F14 to manage Scroll Lock. Keep in mind, you may need to press and hold the Fn key first.
