App Store

When I try to download apps it says the App Store and iTunes are disabled and does not let me continue, yet my Apple ID is correct and works for other things

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
