Apple Services purchase

So i was purchasing an apple music (student), i used my gcash as mode of payment then ₱289 was deducted to my account instead of ₱79. It says that i purchased apple services, my apple music wont even work. Meaning i didn’t purchase the apple music. I dont know what i purchased, it just says Apple Services. What should i do?

Seems it would be best to contact the Billing and Support team:

They have a "Get Support" link (you may be able to choose online chat, phone, email etc.) at the bottom of their webpage that opens from this link below:
