iMessage audio
If I send an audio on iMessage and it disappears after 2 minutes on my side. Will the receiver still be able to hear it on their side regardless of whether it disappeared from my messages?

Yes. It disappears after 2 mins of opening or sending by default.
It also depends on the settings on their device. If they have set to keep to forever and it will remain forever.
