I already started my phone and i need to transfer data from my android. How do I do that?

Content can also be transferred manually:

Move content manually from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You can also restart both devices and start again, using the "Move to iOS app"

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
