When i open iCloud in settings the new features window pops up and then disappears. It's only there for a split second and then i get a greyed out iCloud settings that i can't interact with.

If im quick enough i can click "ok" and then it works, but it happens every time i open it.

If you have System Settings Full Screen, or in split screen, try accessing it as a window.
To stop using the app full screen, move the pointer to the green button again, then choose Exit Full Screen from the menu that appears or click the button.
Use apps in full screen on Mac
If the issue persists, Shut down or restart your Mac.
