Card already another another device? HELP ASAP

I use my cards on my wallet consistently. I sometimes have to delete the card and readd for it to work. It is now stating my cards are on another device and I cannot add. I have tried to reset as well as look in the icloud settings but I am not finding any assistance.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16
