M1 Mac Mini with Ventura 13.2.1 - Confirm Device Password for iCloud

My M1 Mac mini every couple of days asks me to 'confirm device password' so the iCloud functionality will continue to work. None of my other devices (e.g., M1 Macbook Pro, iPad Air, iPhone, etc.) ask for this. What is going on and how can I stop this prompt?

Log Out of iCloud

Restart computer ( optional )

Log back into iCloud
