In Uno game, there is 1 packet that I cant buy! Why? I have just purchased many things recently fine and my bank not warning anything but iap this packet it states "your purchase could not be complete. For assistance, contact Itunes Support at this link..."
You may have disallowed it in the Screen Time Restrictions. Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory
