My children are unable to use Apple Classical Music, anyone else having this problem?

On my family account, in which we all are subscribed to Apple Music, my wife and I are both able to use the Classical Music App, but neither of my children. They get stuck in a loop of "Subscribe to start listening", then "You are already an Apple Music Member" but it never allows them to play music. We've tried updating, reloading, restarting...everything. But no luck.
