When we use Apple Classroom some devices or none of the devices will be shown as online, even though the students are using their iPads. Our classes are less than 10 students and the wifi coverage is strong. I’d there anything that can be done about this?

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you use Apple Classroom and some devices are showing as offline. We recommend making sure that the mobile device management settings of the devices doesn't allow students to turn off Bluetooth or put the device in Airplane mode. If the students are able to change those settings, it will show the device as offline.
