That font isn't listed in Apple's font document for Ventura: Fonts included with macOS Ventura - Apple Support
It must be something you installed on your own. You'll have to find it and re-install.
You can download it for free from here (click the green Download Edwardian Script button) and then drag and drop it from your downloads folder into your local fonts library. Press shift+cmd+G and copy/paste the following folder path into the dialog and press return. That will open your ~/Library/Fonts folder for you.

Your local Fonts folder is the third place that the System trolls for fonts and will add it to your application menus.
No, it had been there and I have used but I have never installed any fonts, as the ones I liked were already listed there. Perhaps upgrade to Ventura was the culprit. However, thank you for your reply to my query.
