Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My profile inc appleid iCloud is grayed out on my iPhone 13 max since updating to 16.4.

I updated to 16.4 and now I cannot access my profile. It is grayed out under settings. Icloud, face time, etc don't work due to my inability to log in on my phone.


I restarted many times to no avail. I've gone to Apps and it acts as if everything is ok. I've gone to icloud on my computer to see if I could connect them there, but no luck.

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
