EZDrummer and Logic Pro

Hello all.

Just downloaded the EZDrummer3 trial version and messing around in Logic. I figured out how to add it fine as a Software Instrument.

When I select the snare, for example, in EZDrummer I can see the meter light up, so I know it's registering. However, when I record and select the snare, nothing is recording. I am just trying to use it to capture one shots for the drums now.

Here is the track set up. Where am I going wrong?

Thank you.

Hey there. I use Superior Drummer all the time with no troubles at all. Just a couple of basic checks:

  1. Is the track set to record?
  2. Is "input monitoring" turned on?
  3. I believe there is a mixer built in EZ Drummer (there's one in SD that allows routing and various FX). Go to that tab and made sure nothing is muted. Sometimes this can happen accidentally.

If you like, post a picture of the track and of the fader. I can't telll from what you've posted here.
