I noticed a light circle that shows up when using the telephoto lens

I was recently taking a photo with the telephoto lens on my iPhone, and I noticed that there was a light circle on the image. It looked like a shadow, but it goes away when I use the other cameras. I have also cleaned the lens and it is still there. Could anyone help me out?

It can be hard to see, but it is about midway up on the image and slightly to the right of the top of the tower.
