I have a family subscription from one of my family members, and I see his credit card details under the payment method listed under “manage payment”.
But I cannot remove his credit card or add my own (“add payment method” is disabled).
Any idea why?

The Family Organizer needs to take action.
If Purchase Sharing is set up, the Family Organizer would go to Settings > Family > Purchase Sharing on an iPhone or iPad and be certain everything looks OK.
