I have a family subscription from one of my family members, and I see his credit card details under the payment method listed under “manage payment”.
But I cannot remove his credit card or add my own (“add payment method” is disabled).
Any idea why?

If Purchase Sharing is set up, the Family Organizer would go to Settings > Family > Purchase Sharing on an iPhone or iPad and be certain everything looks OK.
So then the purchase sharing should be on and set up in order for me to add a payment method on my device?
Why can’t I add a payment method?
