Updated to IOS 16.4 on my iPhone, now my Microsoft Outlook attachments when opened show nothing

Updated to IOS 16.4 on my iPhone today. Now my Microsoft Outlook attachments when opened show nothing. (3/30/2023).

Before the update, I was able to open attachments (simple notepad text file with extension “. txt”) in my Microsoft outlook email and see the Files content.

After the update, I am able to open the attachment but it doesn’t display anything. It just shows a blank page.

When I download the attachment from my email, and open the attachment outside of email, the file shows the contents.
