Activation Lock

Hello everyone I have a very difficult situation. I bought myself a new iphone 14 phone exactly a week ago, the purchase was in Russia, in the re.store store. After opening and using it for 30 minutes, I turned it off and the next day I logged into my apple id and icloud on a new iPhone, but soon realized that it was possible to transfer my data from one iPhone to another using the function that appears when the phone is activated, so I went to the nearest re.store to help me I helped with this. He told me to reset and erase the iPhone, and after the reboot, an unknown mail came out to me. I contacted the support service and made an appeal, addressed the staff and even went to the service center, where everyone does not know how to help me... I also sent an application to apple itself to remove the lock and provided all the checks, but they refused me. We all understand that all iPhones in Russia are gray and my receipt is not a confirmation that I bought it originally, but what should I do now? Are there any solutions???

Hey there Pavello,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We're happy to provide some assistance.

The actions in this article can help with the issue you're describing:

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

If you have already followed those actions including the action to "Start a support request", we would then recommend that you continue working with the store that you purchased the device from.

Cheers!

Have a great day!
